Service King was able to order the replacement part and fix my washing machine in the same week. Pricing was fair and the technician was very knowledgeable. I’m very happy with the services provided by Service King! I called them in the morning because my LG refrigerator wasn’t working and Cristian came out the same day! I highly recommend Christian for washer repairs! He was very professional, knowledgeable, and honest. He quickly diaqnosed the problem and explained everything clearly. His prices were very reasonable, which I really appreciated,. The service was excellent, and I'm very happy with the repair. We are a new customer and glad that we were able to schedule service for the next day. Cristian arrived on time and quickly assessed the issue with the clothes dryer and replaced the part in one visit.  He also cleaned the exhaust hose and let us know the outside vent was missing. After a frustrating start with other repair companies, Service King was the one who actually solved the problem.

The first company said it was a sealed-system issue and told me they did not work on that type of repair. Another technician said the refrigerator was supposedly in showroom mode, even though the display was not showing the “77 77” pattern that would indicate showroom mode. He then said the problem might be the motherboard, which would have cost more than $540.

When I called Service King, the technician carefully removed the freezer drawers and door, something none of the others had done. He found the real problem: a damaged switch wire that prevented the fan from activating and circulating air through the freezer.

He was thorough, knowledgeable, reasonably priced, and actually fixed the problem. He was also the least expensive of all the technicians I contacted. I am very glad I called Service King because he saved me a great deal of money and unnecessary repairs. I highly recommend him.

Service King LLC and service technician, Cristian, are at the top of the heap! I purchased 3 dishwashers since December! I purchased two different model KitchenAid dishwashers and said forget about this nothing's working send me a plain old fashioned GE dishwasher. Four service technicians could not find out why none of the dishwashers were working. Prior to that, for 27 years, I have never had a problem with my Plumbing or dishwashers working or anything like that. But, the appliance store that I purchased the dishwashers from kept telling me that it's my problem there must be something wrong with my plumbing and that i needed the value under the sink replaced  etc, etc, and to call a plumber. So I did and that cost me a fortune and he was unable to fix the dishwasher. Now, I had all new valves under my sink and still the dishwasher wasn't working! I was hemorrhaging money having different brand new dishwashers installed. Finally I threatened the appliance store and said I'm getting another dishwasher from you and you are not charging me for installation. But the 3rd dishwasher  didn't work either! Nothing could get my dishwasher running it would not fill up with water. I finally called two other plumbers and canceled. One plumber kept saying he would come out but he never did! But, this time I looked up every review for every appliance store and Service King LLC had exceptional ratings. I got a call back from them immediately by a technician named Cristian and he is amazing. He even knew what was wrong when he first came in and tried to start the machine. He said there's no intake water filling the machine it started to fill the machine for about 4 or 5 seconds and then shut off. He took off the hose and ran a test he said it's not coming out correctly it's just trickling out and it's supposed to run out powerfully like this and he showed me under the sink having the water run out in a bucket he said but your intake line is just trickling out. He changed that intake line tested it and retested to reassure me because it worked immediately after he changed it and I couldn't believe it! He got this machine to work after no others could figure out the problem and we have been without a dishwasher since December. I cannot thank Cristian enough for his knowledge, patience, and wanting so badly for me to have my dishwasher back because this new dishwasher was just sitting there unused since December! Thank you, thank you, thank you Cristian you are a good man and an intelligent man. You are an asset to the Service King LLC company that you represent, and I hope that they recognize you for that. Also, thank you Service King LLC for standing by your word and hiring competent people, skilled employees, and sending them to your customers. Additionally thank you for not robbing me blind because you certainly could have today and you did not! Great affordable cost. Again, thank you Cristian, and thank you Service King LLC. I am a happy, happy lady today!!!!
